Part One: Online Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Welcome to Infinity Air
Welcome to Infinity Air Online (www.infinityair.com.sg, the “Site”) owned and operated by Infinity Air Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us” and “INFINITY AIR”).
On Infinity Air Online you can browse and purchase services from INFINITY AIR.
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms & Conditions which include our Privacy Policy and Online Store Policy.
2. Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy (Part THREE), which also governs your visit to the Site, so that you may understand our privacy practices.
3. Accuracy of Information
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our services and projects on the Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the descriptions or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
4. Intellectual Property
The brand name and all content included in or made available on Infinity Air Online, such as text, graphics, trademarks, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations is the property of INFINITY AIR. The compilation of all content included in or made available through our Site is the exclusive property of INFINITY AIR.
You may not extract and/or re-use the brand name or parts of the content of Infinity Air Online without our express written consent. Without limiting the generality of any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, if you default negligently or wilfully in any of the obligations set forth in these Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy), you shall be liable for all the losses and damages that this may cause to INFINITY AIR.
6. Limitation of INFINITY AIR’s liability
We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of Infinity Air Online will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to any part of Infinity Air Online may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
INFINITY AIR will not be responsible for: (i) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part; (ii) any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using Infinity Air Online.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude any liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited and excluded.

We are not responsible for the content of any off-Web site pages or any other Web sites linked to or from Infinity Air Online. Links appearing on the Site are for convenience only and are not an endorsement by us, our affiliates or our partners of the referenced content, product, service, or supplier. Your linking to or from any off-Web site pages or other Web sites is at your own risk. We are in no way responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, off-Web site pages or any other Web sites linked to or from the Site, nor do we assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, content, products, or services of such pages and Web sites, including, without limitation, their privacy policies and terms and conditions. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
With respect to any dispute regarding the Site, all rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, as if the Terms and Conditions were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within Singapore. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Singapore, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of our affiliates, partners or licensors, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in any such court.

INFINITY AIR may, from time to time and in its sole discretion, amend these Terms and Conditions and any part of Infinity Air Online to the extent permitted by applicable Regulations. You must regularly check these Terms and Conditions to understand the current Terms and Conditions that apply to your use of the Site.
Part Two: Online Buyer Agreement
1. Welcome to Infinity Air Online
This Agreement (in addition to the Infinity Air Online Terms and Conditions of Use) governs your access to and purchase of Products from INFINITY AIR on the Site and is an agreement between you (“you” or the “Buyer”) and Infinity Air Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us” and “INFINITY AIR”).By using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, any other Applicable Terms and all the disclaimers and terms and conditions that appear elsewhere on Infinity Air Online. INFINITY AIR reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
2. Payment
2.1 Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated, all Prices quoted are inclusive of goods and services tax.
Unless otherwise stated, all payments to be made through the Site shall be made using credit card payment (where you are the cardholder of that card) or as we may from time to time allow so and shall be made in accordance with such procedures as we may from time to time specify.
2.2 Pricing
INFINITY AIR reserves the right to make adjustment to any published price of any product due to input error, product discontinuation, and errors in advertising. Product prices at Infinity Air Online may be different with other quoted prices.
3. Orders
3.1 Order Acceptance
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer. INFINITY AIR reserves the right, without prior notification, to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
3.2 Order Cancellation
You cannot cancel an order (or part of an order) after your credit card payment has been authorized and approved. i.e. You cannot cancel the order after checkout upon reading and agreeing to all our Terms and Conditions.
3.3 Order Fulfillment Policy
INFINITY AIR is committed to fulfil all customers’ order in the shortest possible time but we do not promise any fulfilment of services within any time frame. We generally estimate that most orders will be fulfilled within 18 days as a guide only. Customer cannot hold INFINITY AIR responsible for any delays or non-fulfilment of an order due unforeseen circumstances.
4. Warranty
Warranty specified is determined by nature of order and will be advised.
5. Exclusivity of Products
Not all products available online are available elsewhere. Online products, variants, pricing and availability may vary .
Part Three: Privacy Policy
Please make sure you read and understand this Policy. We may amend this Policy at any time.
INFINITY AIR Pte. Ltd. (“INFINITY AIR” or “we”) respects and protects the privacy of the users, visitors and people who purchase products on Infinity Air Online (“you”). By placing your request, you agree that we may store, process, disclose and use data collected from you for the purposes of processing your request and fulfilling orders.

Without obtaining our customers’ consent, Infinity Air Pte Ltd, will not tamper with customers’ browsers or computers.
